Insurance and Fees

I am in-network with the following insurance providers: 

• Aetna

• First Choice

• OHP (Oregon’s Medicaid) Open Card

• Optum (United Health Care)

  In the process of becoming paneled with: Medicare, Moda, OHP (Trillium CCO)

Self-Pay Fee: $120 per session (one-hour in length): please note that using a Flexible Spending or Health Savings Account may help you save money. 

Out-of-Network. You would pay full-rate at the time of session, and then I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.
