Insurance and Fees

I am in-network with the following insurance providers: 

• Aetna

• First Choice Health/ Adventist Health

• United Health Care (Optum)

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Regence)

• Medicare

• Moda (will be able to take clients in June 2026)

• Providence

  **Please Note: I’m unfortunately unable to accept Health Share or CareOregon insurance.

Self-Pay Fee: $125 per session (one-hour in length): please note that using a Flexible Spending or Health Savings Account may help you save money. 

Out-of-Network. You would pay full-rate at the time of session, and then I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.
